Return Policy

CANCELING AN ORDER

All orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel it. Orders with status “In Process” or “Completed” may NOT be canceled nor the amount paid for them returned to customers.

If the order is found to be “NOT Processed”, “Approved” or “On Hold”, it may be canceled and the amount of the order returned to the customer. However, you or your recipient may decide not to accept an order placed on the site if you consider that the quantities of products ordered are not delivered or because of any quality problems, breakage or imperfections in the products delivered.

The amount paid for the order will be refunded once the product is returned to our distributors and suppliers without being unpacked. Once the recipients accept the products and sign the Delivery Voucher, the value of the products is non-refundable unless the damage, imperfections or breakage is covered by the product warranty. In that case, if the products cannot be replaced, you will be refunded the full amount paid for that product. Transactions for which money is returned to the customer may not exceed the amount of the original transaction.

RETURNS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMERS

Any customer can request a refund for their purchase and Zunzun Market is obliged to return your money. If the refund request is motivated by the customer’s interest or by an error made when making the purchase or any other reason not inherent to non-compliance, poor service or interest on this site, 10 (ten) % of the amount will be deducted. return to the client, in order to cover the operational costs, both those linked to the purchase and the return of the money, as well as other banking expenses related to these operations. To obtain a refund, you must provide a valid email address to info@zunzunmarket.com. This site shall not be liable for any claims resulting from supplying you with an incorrect e-mail address.

CLAIMS OR COMPLAINTS

If there is any disagreement related to the purchase of products, such as problems with quantities or delivery of orders, or for any other reason, a complaint must be filed within 3 calendar days after the delivery date. This deadline applies only to those products that do not have warranties specified in the store. To file a claim, customers can use the customer service channels that Zunzun Market makes available to them, such as email (info@zunzunmarket.com) and the telephone numbers that appear in the store (Spain: 900-75 -10-85, USA: 1-800-469-3157). Once the complaint is received, customers will receive status updates in their account email inbox. The time it will take to resolve the claim will depend on the type of product, the location of the recipient, and the evidence provided by the customer.

Among the possible solutions that can be offered for a claim are the delivery or replacement of the products, the return of the money to the customer’s account or, in some cases, no action is taken.

CLAIMS FOR FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES

All requests to deny charges are investigated by our risk control and legal departments. If you make a Claim of Fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card, it will be reported to credit card services. The consequences of this report may result in possible criminal charges being filed against you.

USER AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS

This site reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at its discretion or against any customer who is deemed to have abused it. Any revision or change shall be binding, contractual and effective immediately upon publication. You agree that you will periodically review this WEB site, including the current version of our Return Policy. It is your obligation to review it for any changes or revisions.
